They took over as Trustee of my pension, and allowed scammers to send in forged dealing instructions to purchase high risk investments. They knew about this but continued to let them carry on doing the same -whilst hundreds of others lost millions of pounds of pension savings. They have done no due diligence on the people they accepted business from, and have not taken care of the funds that were transferred to them.
