I placed an order for a silk pillowcase and eye mask. I was super excited because I don’t usually splurge on myself like that but it was my birthday so I went for it. I waited forever for my products to come, and when I searched the tracking feature, it said they had already been delivered! I live in a nice apartment complex with concierge that deals with packages, so it definitely wasn’t stolen. I emailed customer service to let them know I never received their products and I was devastated, and I couldn’t afford to repurchase them. They sent me an automated response that had nothing to do with my email. I am so disappointed by the lack of customer service help. There isn’t even a phone number I can call to speak to a real person. So now I’m down $ and just really upset. Worst birthday present to myself ever. What a waste.
