I placed an order on May 3,2021 for a Mother’s Day gift but the order went missing. I wasted so much time trying to track & locate the missing order with FedEx & emailing Mommesilk numerous times before Mommesilk finally agreed to replace the order. The replacement order eventually arrived June 2,2021. Very disappointing customer service and shopping experience. I would never order from Mommesilk again
