My second order, quite large, hasn’t arrived the delivery info says delivered, to Canada I am in Australia. Two reply’s to my enquire no reply to third request. I have been told to wait (now 2 weeks since been told delivered) for transportation company to update their records. No commitment from Mommesilk to contact transport company or follow through. How do I get assistance Mommesilk?
