The employees were extremely helpful. The first phone call I told (? not sure ?) that the robe was enormous and she suggested I return it and order a smaller size a medium. I received great instructions from Susan and returned the robe for an exchange for a smaller size. The replacement arrived today, but instead of the kimono robe, I received a full length robe (NEVER MIND) * * * I just hung up from speaking to Susan and we have it all straightened robe. I ordered the 503 and will continue to do so in the future. Great Company to do business with. Judy fay
