Monarch sent out a brand new robe, one size smaller with the correct monogram at no extra cost (they even over-nighted the shipping so it arrived the next day.) I very much appreciated their response up k responses to my emails and their stellar customer service. I will definitely be buying robes or anything else they sell in the future.”
