I’m now faced with having to take it to a dry cleaner to get the sleeves taken in and have it altered closer to my size. I am 5’ 5 1/2”, 130 pounds as a reference.. I cannot return it either because I had it embroidered with my initials. I am disappointed with my purchase for these reasons.”

I've been looking for a replacement and finally found it again through the Monarch Cypress web site. It's cozy, not bulky. The lining is ever so soft. The robe washes beautifully. “I purchased two 14oz hooded robes that we like very much after the following events. After I ordered, I never received any shipping information, and after a few days, I emailed and asked if I could change my order to 16oz robes. No answer from anyone. A few days later my robes arrived, again, without any shipping information being shred with me at all. The package had a tear in the outer plastic, and also the plastic the robe was in. The robe had some ground in dust/dirt that I was worried wouldn’t come out in the wash. I emailed customer service again, and asked what I should do. Days later, after no response, I washed the robe that was dirty in hopes that it would come clean. After two washes and liberal stain remover, it is perfect. Monarch Cypress sells a great robe. But their customer service is terrible.”
