“We tried the product at a spa and purchased 4 as we loved it. We thought it would be perfect for evening pool use. My concern is that after washing them, they shrunk. First use was great but now they do not fit properly. Yes, I followed laundry directions. I used cold water etc. I feel disappointed.”

I ordered this lovely Monach Robe having 2 of my own which l bought at a 5 star property prior.
This was a gift l special ordered for a dear friend as a Thank you gift having initials engraved on it.
It was her favorite color "Blue" size extra small. She is unable to use it because it is "much too big" for her.
I felt terrible and sent her another thank you card with money second time around so was an awkward situation. Can you check to make sure this robe was the correct size l had ordered. I am surprised that it was much too large for her. She is small but certainly not that small that an extra small would wrap around her almost twice! She has nobody to give it too that has same initials. I wear your os and mine fits loose but not that loose. I havent seen it , having it mailed directly to her address as l said, this was a gift from me. In future, l wish to order more loving your robes with plush inside lining living on Cape Cod they are wonderful warm absorbing robes when showering outside coming off the beach. I just dont want this to happen again. I reviewed your sizing before ordering. Do you have an extra extra small perhaps? You must deal with 5 star hotels in the Orient where people are usually smaller than our extra small here? Sizes run different in all countries. In America we have all shapes and sizes right?

Thank you for your review. We deal with many hotels all over the world and in nearly every situation, they want the robes larger. That is why our robes are oversized. In fact we have many requests for 4 and 5x sizing. Hotel robes need to be larger rather than smaller as it can get very embarrassing if a robe is too small vs too large in a hotel room.

HI, I checked your order history. There are two different sets of sheets that we offer. Once is a microfiber sheet (100% polyester) which you have bought in the past. The second is our newer cotton/lyocell blend which appears to be what you just purchased. The cotton/lyocell ones do not feel as soft at first but will get much softer after washing and are my preference as they are natural in construction.
“I ordered because I loved the bathrobe at Omni in San Antonio,Texas. the outside shell is the same but the terry lining is not the same weight or texture. Seems more cheaply made. I am a little disappointed in that, but I still love the bathrobe. The terry seems to be made out of synthetic instead of cotton like the other one. Im hoping this observation will help somebody.”

Unfortunately, you ordered the incorrect item. The Omni uses our style 770 which is lined in polyester plush (totally synthetic but very soft) The robe you ordered is lined in 80% cotton/20% poly blend which does not feel as soft but is much more absorbent. That is why your robe does not feel the same.
“I wish I could love these sheets, but they were not what I wanted. I wanted the incredibly soft Monarch cotton sheets that we enjoyed when we stayed at the Old Mission Inn in Riverside, CA. Those were AMAZING. These sheets are soft, however they are polyester, thin and they are shedding (see photo)! Ugh! What a mess! I don't think they are going to last long either which is a shame because they were pricey. But disappointed because was really looking forward to enjoying the ultra soft cotton sheets at home. (Something in the description when I placed the order indicated these were the sheets to order if I wanted the soft sheets like at the Old Mission Inn.) Maybe someday I will find those sheets.”
“Though I like my new Cypress robe, I was disappointed that it was unlined with a water absorbent material. I thought I was ordering one with a lining, but apparently not.”
“I bought this robe to replace my Cypress robe that was about 25 years old. The fabric on the old one was better. The microfiber on this new one feels more plastic and isn't nearly as soft. Sleeves don't stay rolled up. The old one was so great and looked perfect on the outside, but the terry liner had started yellowing so I thought I was due for a new one. Sorry now that I replaced it.”
“Loved these robes at an upscale resort and decided it would be a great Christmas present. Ordered within the allotted guidance and paid extra to ensure shipment arrived on time. Unfortunately it arrived late. The robe is nice and good quality but not the same plushness as they had at the hotel. Assume they have a variant for their hospitality customers.”
