“I wish I could love these sheets, but they were not what I wanted. I wanted the incredibly soft Monarch cotton sheets that we enjoyed when we stayed at the Old Mission Inn in Riverside, CA. Those were AMAZING. These sheets are soft, however they are polyester, thin and they are shedding (see photo)! Ugh! What a mess! I don't think they are going to last long either which is a shame because they were pricey. But disappointed because was really looking forward to enjoying the ultra soft cotton sheets at home. (Something in the description when I placed the order indicated these were the sheets to order if I wanted the soft sheets like at the Old Mission Inn.) Maybe someday I will find those sheets.”
“Though I like my new Cypress robe, I was disappointed that it was unlined with a water absorbent material. I thought I was ordering one with a lining, but apparently not.”
“I bought this robe to replace my Cypress robe that was about 25 years old. The fabric on the old one was better. The microfiber on this new one feels more plastic and isn't nearly as soft. Sleeves don't stay rolled up. The old one was so great and looked perfect on the outside, but the terry liner had started yellowing so I thought I was due for a new one. Sorry now that I replaced it.”
“Loved these robes at an upscale resort and decided it would be a great Christmas present. Ordered within the allotted guidance and paid extra to ensure shipment arrived on time. Unfortunately it arrived late. The robe is nice and good quality but not the same plushness as they had at the hotel. Assume they have a variant for their hospitality customers.”
“I received a robe as a gift that had you trademark/web address on the label. I loved it. Recently, I ordered another one and it just isn't the same. The fabric is thinner and more flimsy. I am interested to see how it will wash as the other one washed beautifully.”
“My husband has worn your classic robes for years, he loves them. However these last two we ordered were thinner with what seemed like a more polyester base material than past robes. He kept them because his old ones with a more cotton based material had to go, but we were disappointed in the robes.”

However I did not receive a shipment notification email as promised and the order was not complete. “Ordering from the web was painless, and the robe was shipped quickly. However, I've been trying daily to exchange it for a different size and no one answers the phone; and no one returns phone calls. The shipping document very clearly states that customers who want to return a product "MUST CALL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION." They have a great product, but customer service, at least for non-commercial customers is poor at best. Update. The company replied to my comment that they have a form on the website for making returns. I had found the form and have filed it. They are supposed to send me via email a UPS label to print. Update 2. I've now filed the webform twice and still have no reply from the company. I've provided my phone number as well as my email address. This is unfortunate and frustrating because they do have a good product.”
