“I ordered two robes and wanted to return one of them. The company’s phone number is not active . I sent an email to customer service with no response . Their return policy is essentially non existent or a scam”
Hi, I am not sure what number you called. We were closed between Christmas and New Years so maybe that was the reason. You should have received an email back from customer service after we returned for the new year. Also if you click on customer service there is a link to our return and exchange form. Thanks

“Well, the over-all quality is good. The embordiary was a lovely touch. I am giving 4 stars because I wanted the same waffle robe that I was custom to in our Hotel. It was a waffle style - thick - heavier - better made and better quality then what I received. I am guessing the company was bought or trying to save on the expense of better - softer material... Either way the robe is lovely. I would not say ots anyting like the ones at the hotels and they should offer a disclaimer if hotel vs whole are different. Cheers!”
