I ordered two of the bath robes for overnight delivery, these were a birthday present. The order was placed over a week prior to the birthday to ensure arrival. However, two weeks after the order was placed the robes have still not arrived. This is very disappointing, as their tracking app says the robes have not even shipped. I have attempted to reach out to Monarch to ask about the status of the robes, but they have not responded.
