I ordered my robe in May, then promptly hurt my back, and forgot all about my order as my life became a parade of imaging appointments, physical therapy, heating pads, and other attempts to alleviate the pain. This month, I realized: hey, I ordered a robe, and it never got here. So I emailed Cypress, and customer service was WONDERFUL about working with me to make sure I got my robe in spite of UPS flubbing the delivery. I love the quality of the robe and will enjoy it for many years to come, but I also love how awesome the company seems to be.
