I am impressed by the quality of the robe. I ordered the chamois lined plush shawl robe. It's well crafted, plushy, and comfortable. Angel in customer service was very helpful and answered all my questions. She's a definite keeper. The order seemed to be sent immediately. It only tood abut 4 days from order to arrival. Impressive. Great company to deal with.
