The robe is luxurious and well made, well worth the money; however, the size large labelled "one size fits most" is voluminous, suited for someone around 6'2" or taller and 225 lbs+. The sleeves are at least 6-10 inches too long for my size. I can only supect that the medium is much more likely to fit most people. (Interetingly, an older version of this robe labelled one size its most, fits me perfectly, while this one is huge). Unfortunately, the robe being this large made it ususable for me (5'11" and 180 lbs), and I gave it away.
