I orders two monogrammed robes. One was perfect but the other was missing a letter which turned out to be my own fault. The robe with the missing letter was also a size too big. Monarch sent out a brand new robe, one size smaller with the correct monogram at no extra cost (they even over-nighted the shipping so it arrived the next day.) I very much appreciated their response up k responses to my emails and their stellar customer service. I will definitely be buying robes or anything else they sell in the future.
