I placed an order for 1 king and 1 queen. Shortly after I placed the order I realized I needed to change it to two queens sets. I sent an email, received a rapid response, and Monarch changed my order, even updating the new order online. The order arrived quickly, correct, and I love their product. Highly recommend for customer service and their super soft sheets that last forever.
