I put star just because there is no option for lower grade. Tried to open an account and as i currently hold other digital bank one that took less than a day to set up, thought it will be qucik as well. Uploaded documents before Christmas and still haven't heard form them, neither rejection nor acceptation. Sent multiple emails and tried to call on various occasions, but there is no way to get though. Phone line keeps you on hold for an hour before cutting off and you have to choose option for either data change or card block cause they don't deal with other situations over the phone, apparently. Even option for call back from their site does not work as it automatically hungs up on you before you have chance to at least hear any communication. It really looks like they only steal data to sell it on black market and if there is such a problem to just open an account i can imagine all of those account and fund blocksthat i saw in all those reviews are a standard rule within this so-called bank. They left me no choice but to report them to FCA and outbustment.
