I know how unfortunate it is that many people fall victim to a wide range of fraudulent activity online, resulting in significant losses, some of which can have life-changing consequences. I gained money investing on this platform, but I was unable to withdraw my money for a number of dubious reasons. I reported this to S I M O N C H. C O M, and they compelled me to withdraw my initial payment from the con artists.

I thought it would be interesting and profitable to boost our income online, but I fell victim to a scam where a firm stole $946,000 that my spouse was supposed to use to buy a new house. Those were really challenging days for me to think clearly. I kept trying to get the money back despite my shattered heart, tears, and feelings of betrayal towards my children and marriage. I reported the incident to numerous cybersecurity companies, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, LAW ENFORCEMENT, and legal professionals, but I received no response back from any of them. That is, until I discovered M A D A C O V I. C O, an organization that restored my hope. Nevertheless, because M A D A C O V I. C O support assisted me get back my spouse money, I'm happy and content with them.

Poor customer service and withdrawal problems. I have been experiencing delays in responses from customer service, with it taking more than three days to receive a reply. I have been emailing an agent for two weeks now, trying to explain a problem with withdrawing my profits. Unfortunately, the agent seems unable to understand or assist me in resolving the issue. I am currently unable to withdraw my funds and there is no other means of communication available besides email. When attempting to contact them via WhatsApp, they simply redirect you to email your issue. It is disappointing that such a great trading experience with TradingView has been marred by this issue. I had intended to deposit more funds, but this problem has made me reconsider. I do not recommend their services. I kindly request that you direct any concerns regarding a refund to the chargeback organization listed under my name. This will help expedite the process and ensure a prompt resolution.

Monease.io seems to be scam with terrible support Used their services to transfer 500e to a Moroccan bank account (EUR) on 12/02/24 They out of the blue converted the money to MAD without notifying me, which resulted in non-receiving it (my bank says it denied if the transaction currency doesn't match the account's one). For the 1st month they used automated replies not willing to provide any kind of confirmations. After the money exchanging platform support was notified, they started requesting all my bank movements for 3(!) months and a lot of excessive info, still NOT providing SWIFT confirmation from their side. I guess, they do just want to sweep under the rag and softpedal the problem to let it go beyond the investigation deadlines. And everyday their demands rise, requesting more and more info/documents.

A few years ago I opened a Monese bank account and transferred funds. My account was untouched for years. Now I need the money and I tried to send to 3 of my other banks and it bounces back. The customer support blames the other banks to have issues and blocking the receipt of my transfers. How can 3 other banks have issues all at once? Accounts that I use all the time for my daily life? I need my money, the customer support doesn't solve the issue, and my money is still at Monese. I am happy to change this review once they solve my problem but so far my only experience with Monese is awful.

Losing money can be terrible. It can constantly cause despair and misery,which is precisely what occurred to me,to say the least. Everything seemed authentic until I realized I had been duped after investing $150,000 in cryptocurrency in an online investment racket.After some time I came across a review about Mrs. Charlotte and how they assist victims of fraud in recovering their lost funds, I had been depressed for days. I was hesitant at first but then decided to give them a try. After several procedures I was able to get my money back within a couple of days. £1 for transfers and £5 for cash withdraw? You can find another bank without those fees.

scammers in suit and tie....opened an account with them for over 5 years...then 1 day getting charged but without any money on my account and no overdraft....besides, they should not pay so right? no, the scammers paid and then asking me money...this is a very dodgy way to get money from customers.....disgusting

Blocked payments, transfers that have disappeared into the dust, chat support that feels like you're banging your head against a wall talking to a useless robot. Avoid. This. Bank.

RUN AWAY! Terrible customer service... actually... ZERO customer service. They block your money and don't answer anything... impossible to reach anyone.. Not sure how they are a legal banking system.

Hello I have big problem with this bank they don’t want to bring get back my all money which I have on my monese bank account at the moment I can’t pay my bills I can’t buy my food I can’t do anything because I was work so hard for that money they pushing me when I was tryed to contact with coustumer service team on phone call they says use the app and contact with us when I try to contact on the app they says contact the phone call and so please I just want to get my money back please call me +370 625 58950

Avoid them by all means. They will find a reason to freeze your account. Then compliance team will be communicating with you by answering your emails once a month asking exactly the same questions they already did. Eventually they will close your account and will not return your money. They are hiding behind the "compliance checks". In fact they are using your money for something they are not supposed to.

I have been a customer since the beginning of Monese and was satisfied with it. Customer service was excellent until 2021/2022. I had a pound sterling card account and a Euro card account. Monese makes publicity for also cash deposits at for example news agents in the UK. My deposits have been 95% by bank transfers. At one stage 2 year ago I made a couple of SMALL cash deposits at news agents. Monese wasn’t happy with this? But I did not understand why. Never got a proper explanation. I received a notification that I hade to renew my cards. I decided after several attempts to contact customer service to close my accounts! I was clearly ignored by Monese. Last year I thought to give it a go again and opened a new account in the UK. On my UK address I received a Euro card account this stopped me from making cash deposits with news agents? I contacted by email Monese and asked for an explanation. Up to today I never received any explanation whatsoever. I closed the account again and destroyed the debit card. So I would advise people: do not believe what they say about the limits of cash deposits made on your Monese UK card account because it’s not thrue at all. Today customer service at Monese is a joke and they will completely ignore you when it’s convenient to them! My advise ignore Monese completely and go elsewhere.

Warning.Be very very concerned if you are thinking of opening a Monese Account. Just don't! I had a Monese account for 3 years. All was good. I started to have problems with payments being authorised at places like the post office for foreign currency and then after a trip abroad they blocked my payment to Barclaycard when the statement came through, when I backpaged to try again a 'suspician of fraud' warning came up?!?! Paying Barclaycard?!?!. I then get an account message to say that my account was under investigation and to send them copies of my eBay Payslips and proof that I paid my taxes? I don't work for eBay and never have so I was very confused by this and sent proof of my payslips for my actual job - it's all very intrusive and weird but you know you are on a hiding to nothing if you don't comply with these things. I received a response to say these were no good and that they wanted my eBay Payslips? Confused and worried, especially after reading 1000's of posts in forums where Monese have blocked accounts for no apparent reason and frozen money that people still have not received back years on I started to withdraw and transfer as much as I could. I responded, politely, you cannot speak to anyone by the way, and repeated that it was impossible to provide payslips for a company I didn't work for and that my only association with eBay was selling a few items , privately, not as a business, from time to time. Recently I had had a little clear out and my eBay statement shows about £580 in the last 90 days. I told them this and also Checked with the inland revenue as to whether you are supposed to include eBay income as earnings. I didn't think so and they confirmed that if it is less than £6000 and your own stuff not items purchased to trade and make a profit from they don't need to know. I advised Monese of this....guess what, 5 minutes ago I saw a message to say they had closed my account. My app was blocked and laughably I was invited to comment on how my communication with them had gone although when you click to respond that was blocked too. So beware. Monese will debank you for insane reasons. To be honest I couldn't say whether I was communicating with a real person or AI, I did screen shot the messages though so at least have a record of communication. Obviously they don't give any reason why they have closed my account and the message they did send has no explanation just a reference to Industry policy so in effect weasel words. I am left questioning how evil I must be. Anyone reading this and thinking there is more behind this, I promise you you are wrong, I used the account for bills and shopping and my salary was paid in by bank transfer. Very boring. Monese clearly think having any association with eBay is worse than murder, imagine actually being employed by ebay! The social stigma! well, at a Monese party anyway!. Now I have to see if I will get my money left with them, over £4000 or join what appears to be a very long line complaining to the ombudsman. In any case there appear better alternatives with better reputations offering more for less. Very best of luck if you do decide to bank with them. Russian Roulette played with 5 bullets chambered not 1! I am now going to contact every money help site and newspaper I can to warn as many people as possible.Take care you have been warned. I was judged by Monese and found wanting...what will they ban you for? Shopping at Sainsbury's?

Update!! Now 25 days that my rejected incoming payment by Monese has not been return to my sender. Despite all messages, they will never tell exactly why our money is not sent back. What they thought best to do was to delete my account 03 days ago just because I am requesting to know where is our 14167 Euro.

My employer sent me 1.4k GBP last month - never received on my side (the employer proved that they had made the payment). No updates from Monese over since, I have been emailing, calling, chasing daily. Someone was supposed to call me back, that obviously never happened. Nobody knows anything and nobody has attempted to resolve the situation. Absolutely dreadful situation, it used to work properly, but something went horribly wrong and my money is gone.
