I wish I could give a zero but its not possible. I downloaded Monese, tried a £5 deposit then after my satisfaction downloaded it on my new cellphone. After trying to login they blocked me and reassured I would be contacted shortly. Its been almost 10 days and no response even to my countless emails asking for assistance. I thank God I didn't put my salary in this bank, would've been lost forever. Avoid and protect yourself, ZERO respect for their customers.
