Worse Company I've ever had to deal with, taken them to a small claims court and won, still waiting for my money! Absolute joke of a company, the staff are all incompetent! Kevin in the complaints teams has no idea how to deal with customers and his customer service is shocking. The Company tries to get reports done from companies like ACE who are a 'external' inspection Company who are also a joke! The judge laughed at their reports because the tried to claim the issue in 'their professional opinion' wasn't present at the point of sale which was 4 weeks prior to writing the report... Professional is the last word I'd use to describe them..
