If I could rate this as -5 I would, their customer service I can't say is appalling as they don't answer, I have been emailing since Monday this week, 4 times to be exact, No response, I have called numerous times to be answered after 25 - 30 minutes of being on hold and then immediately cut off,
I am trying to sort an issue out for a family member and we had until today to sort, well I can't sort if they won't reply to emails or calls, I hope they don't try to take this family member to court as I have all of the proof of the emails and calls, so will be able to prove its them not contacting us and that we tried.
Appalling company if you want any help, if you want a loan and get into debt with them they love to answer the phone, Steer clear and try a reputable company.
