Company. Break every rule in the book. How they are still trading is beyond a joke. I had 7 days to contact them and arrange everything. I contacted them on the 7th day it’s not my fault the advisor I spoke with didn’t get the adequate training to deal
With my query. She left a note on the account. Someone rang me 24 hours later and then desired to get agents involved? Currently getting advice from a solicitor because this is beyond a joke. Every rule broken. And in this current cost of living crisis this is a joke.
