Terrible company to deal with. They say you can change your direct debit date, but when you do they then mark your credit file as a missed payment. You gotta be joking dealing with companies like this. No end of trouble. And if you ever have the misfortune of going to court then be prepared for moneybarn fraudsters signing
county court claims forms in bogus names. Trust me, it happens. This company needs serious investigation.
