Warn everyone away from this. I agreed to an unsolicited energy switch 12 months ago and that was when it began. A GDPR debacle with my neighbour, power turning off at night unannounced during last November's cold snap, a missed life changing work upload, and lots more! Their attitude has been "nah, we'd never do that, have you tried...". Well, I've spoken to every stakeholder involved, and it's Money Expert (see what they did there?) who are at fault. This rumbles on. Never use these people.
