For an online company they make the system of claiming your gift voucher painful. I had a policy for months and remembered I was promised a amazon gift card. Money supermarket are suppose to send to the gift team who then process card. Ive been chasing for 8 weeks in total and yet to receive this after having the policy for 9 months. Between the gift team and money super market I still cannot get my gift card. It’s ridiculous
