“I joined Virgin Media back in June 2023 through a deal on Money Supermarket and was promised a £70.00 voucher after 120 days. After 120 days Virgin gave me the information they said l needed to pass on to a company called Broadband choices, who are a subsidiary of money supermarket, to claim my voucher. Broadband Choices email you a link which is registered to money supermarket where you enter the date of your joining Virgin Media, the name of the package you selected on money supermarket and your customer reference number which begins with CH. I was then told by Broadband choices that this was invalid as I had not gone through the correct browser when registering for the Virgin broadband package? This is despite following the link on moneysupermarket. Virgin were equally unhelpful saying it was nothing to do with them as it was third party. The 2 people l dealt with at Broadband choices were Bethany and then someone called Vicky, who my complaint that l hadn't received the voucher was escalated to . If you ask for help or complain their sole aim is to not answer your question and email generic blurp. They won't answer whether they work for money supermarket but they seem to be the ones fielding customer queries. And this is because money supermarket want to give this £70.00 voucher to as few people as possible and save themselves substantial funds. Broadband choices consistently try to be as vague as possible when answering customer queries. It is almost criminal in the way they respond. This has been upsetting and frustrating for me as a customer going back and forth between Virgin and broadband choices as well as moneysupermarket. l must say I am disappointed in money supermarket l expected to be treated better. MONEYSUPERMARKET are SCAMMERS!!! BE WARNED... And l won't be using their site again.”

I have tried contactiong Moneysupermarket, using the "contact us" section of their website. I did a review on Trustpilot, similar to this one. The next day the review was answered and they said they had answered my original email. I checked my email inbox and junkmail boxes, nothing! There are phone numbers listed on the net, these answer by the network stating "this number is not recognised". There is no reliable way to contact this company. I am glad it is only a small amount of money (£16.62) and not a few hundred pounds, but it leaves me wondering how a multimillion pound stock market listed company are happy to steal money from a retired person.
