When I reached out to inquire about this, they claimed to have received the payment only on the 19th. I requested proof of this transaction, but they failed to provide any screenshots. Instead, they have been evading my queries for the past 10 days, offering no resolution. Consequently, I suffered losses both in terms of data and money.
