They have recently bought back the brand from previous owners and was so helpful with their advice and service. From this conversation with customer service I was happy to spend the $350 on the bag I was looking at and couldn’t be happier. It arrived on time and was beautifully made with good quality materials. I was extremely happy from beginning to end so I thought I would share this with others!
