The brand is under new ownership and i can't recommend them highly enough. Order arrived next day incredibly but I had an issue with the monogram being the wrong way around. I ordered HTM on a passport holder and received THM. I spoke with Amy (who was lovely) and a replacement was sent and arrived SAME DAY! (I'm in Sydney CBD)

New ownership have completely turned this brand around. I was furious to see the company was trading again after leaving so many of us out of pocket back in 2020 but this new team is amazing. They more than made up for the past owners misdeeds. Impeccable customer service now.

Absolutely love my bags I got from MON. I got the weekender and double pouch bag, both in Camel Gold. I got it personalised with silver print. I realised when I got my bags that I should have got gold print as was pre selected when choosing my text. As the bags were for my sisters birthday and I wanted them to be perfect, I thought I would send a message to MON to ask if it was possible to change it to Gold. Thinking it was a wild shot, Rob from MON got back to me straight away and said no problem at all!!! I was so stoked. I took the bags in and they were both redone in gold and they looked fantastic!! Thank you Rob and team for your EXCEPTIONAL service and quality. The bags are absolutely beautiful and the smell of the leather is amazing. Will be a regular for sure.

I recently purchased an item from MON purse and I was skeptical reading all the reviews so I reached out to customer service to see what was happening. They have recently bought back the brand from previous owners and was so helpful with their advice and service. From this conversation with customer service I was happy to spend the $350 on the bag I was looking at and couldn’t be happier. It arrived on time and was beautifully made with good quality materials. I was extremely happy from beginning to end so I thought I would share this with others!

Avoid! They charged me twice and charged me twice for shipping! They sent my order in one shipping! No customer service no way of contacting them. I sent several emails, left comments on Facebook posts, sent messenger messages, sent insta messages. Now putting a complaint on with the ACCC

$100+ product, engraving not centred and no response Purchased a laptop case and was not happy with it due to the my initials being completely OFF the middle. Its very clear its not centred and more to the left and everyone i showed could see it and it wasnt just me over reacting. Wrote an email saying ive kept all the boxes and i was happy to exchange (not expecting a new one to be delivered) or something. Over 6 business days no and no response. Messaged on facebook and their ig and got a msg back saying 'Please allow up to 48 business hours to receive a response.'but it has been? Still no reply to what can be done. Absolutely waste of a $100+ product. If it was cheap ebay $10 product then i wouldn't complain. This is suppose to be high, leather good??? Don't think so. Now i'll be telling and showing people that DONT get monpurse, poor quality, bad customer service as well.

Please do yourself a favour and never purchase from this company!!! They have poor company ethics and do not deliver the professional standard of customer service which you deserve. The instore staff are so so rude and their attitudes are appalling. One of them scratched up my mum's airpods that got stuck in one of their airpod cases and then tried to give it back to me pretending she had no idea what was going on even though it was very obvious she put deep scratches into it. The quality of their products are not worth the price tag, the back of the case came peeling off after a day of use and underneath you see cheap plastic used.

Skip Mon Purse - I have ordered several items from them over the years but their service and quality seems to have declined a lot recently. My most recent order came with the monogram incorrect - I contacted them and did receive a response - but was basically told that it was my fault. They didn't offer to do anything to fix the item. Their products have always been nice but there are plenty of other companies that monogram leather goods - so look elsewhere.
