I purchased a Mon Purse bag in February 2019 with an advertised 4 week wait time. It arrived in July 2019. I checked in a couple of times to confirm the order hadn’t been lost, but was advised production times were delayed due to demand.
It was a wedding gift for my best friend organised by the bridal party - so embarrassing 🤦♀️
The company never contacted with updates unless prompted, and never offered a discount or anything to apologise for the delay.
