Appalling customer service. Made my purchase over 5 months ago and they are incapable of telling me why it hasn’t been delivered yet. I got some vague answers about an “unavoidable supplier issue” (???) and a promise of a new delivery date, which is never kept. The customer service takes about two weeks to answer each email and sometimes it’s just a copy paste of the previous email as if they don’t even bother to read the previous interactions. I initially bought this as a Christmas gift, we’re now in April...
Do not purchase, I can’t even tell you what the product is like because at this rate I’ll never see it. Honestly, just awful. If I could rate the customer service -1 stars I would.
