My order to be sent to Australia was a short version of a dress for a wedding.
Monsoon sent the long version of the dress.
Their communication is abysmal.
I spent £270 and they sent the wrong dress. I asked Monsoon if they would pay to send the wrong dress back .... £25 by the way. They declined.
They then took weeks to refund the money once they had received the dress back.
Again communication was abysmal.
Will never shop with this company again.
