“Avoid!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I will never order from Monsoon again. They show outdated returns policies online. I returned a wedding dress within 30 days of delivery as per THREE return policies. They are now saying it must be within 30 days of DISPATCH. They are keeping over €600 from me and refusing a refund now. Absolute thievery. Customer service agents are zero help and there is no escalation routes to management. And worst of all there is customer CARE or understanding. AVOID!”

“The return portal is terrible and clunky to use. When I tried to gain information from customer services it was like getting blood from a stone! Automated response emails which were regarding delivery not refunds. Then an actual email saying query answered with an attached paragraph “automated” high level of queries and return again. Not had any actual helpful response and still not received my 440 pound refund.
Shocking service and will never buy again!!!!!”

When you contact customer service you get an email saying only received 1 parcel. I have sent them proof all 3 parcels have been received by them but they just choose to ignore my emails. They owe me over £200!!”

They keep sending fake tracking numbers, the items come from China, the tracking is not in English, the phone number on the website is also a fake, I tried calling several times and the call would not go through,notify your bank and report them if you have ordered and have issues with them!!!”
“This is my third order with monsoon and the third time I have been disappointed. (My previous order just didn’t arrive!) on this order I paid €62 (including postage) for my 6 yr old daughter for a special occasion. The dress arrived literally with a piece hanging off( see photo) I asked for an immediate refund, supplying pictures, as the event was the following week and I didn’t have time to return the dress and order a new one. Even with a picture of the dress this was not done. I was given the ‘line’ send it back for quality assurance. I have to borrow money to go out and buy a new dress. My customer service experience was completely unsatisfactory. I will not be using this site again.”

Monsoon sent the long version of the dress.
Their communication is abysmal.
I spent £270 and they sent the wrong dress. I asked Monsoon if they would pay to send the wrong dress back .... £25 by the way. They declined.
They then took weeks to refund the money once they had received the dress back.
Again communication was abysmal.
Will never shop with this company again.”
“Bought a beautiful flower girl dress from monsoon and it is of a really good quality and as described. Bought the correct size and the one below as wasn't sure but took the one back into store. Although they couldn't take it there it had to be sent off for returns the woman repackaged it all for me and returns was free. Brilliant service and products.”

“I love Monsoon but the skirt I bought was £45 light sumet but had no lining. I returned it as it was so cheap in material and to make matters worst the cashier told me I should open the parcel on the dotted line and not from the bottom. Rude and patronising. I know how to repackage a return. Bad experience. Used to be quality goods and staffing.”
