The return portal is terrible and clunky to use. When I tried to gain information from customer services it was like getting blood from a stone! Automated response emails which were regarding delivery not refunds. Then an actual email saying query answered with an attached paragraph “automated” high level of queries and return again. Not had any actual helpful response and still not received my 440 pound refund.
Shocking service and will never buy again!!!!!
