Avoid!! Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I will never order from Monsoon again. They show outdated returns policies online. I returned a wedding dress within 30 days of delivery as per THREE return policies. They are now saying it must be within 30 days of DISPATCH. They are keeping over €600 from me and refusing a refund now. Absolute thievery. Customer service agents are zero help and there is no escalation routes to management. And worst of all there is customer CARE or understanding. AVOID!
