Order was never sent, as I have never recieved an email about it. I complained. I asked dor refund. It seen weeks of correspondence. They keep sending me copy-paste answers that they are trying to track the order. What, for weeks, months? Shame on you, Monsoon, you used to be such a good company, what has happened to you? This has been so draining experience. I am super dissapointed. I have lost hundreds of dollars! Can they het away with robbing their customers for money??
