They did good on first two orders. On 3rd order the tracking number never updated it got lost in transit, they asked me of I m wanted to have it re-shipped. I said yes I would like that the order was created Jan.24,2023. When I e-mailed them back they say they are waiting for an update from the agent. Today 3/28/23 I get an e-mail saying the ticket is closed because my order issue is resolved. NOT. I made another order 3/14/23 and now it's not updating either. I'm beginning to think I've been duped in. They started out good when my orders got bigger all the sudden we have shipping/tracking problems. I have to orders out there with MONSTER and it's not looking good. Right now I must say they cannot be trusted. If the orders show up I will apologize for bad review about MONSTER. Buyer beware
