It's ridiculous all the way around Packaging is absolutely terrible flimsy little cardboard box easily damaged leaving the customer at a very high risk of interception from Customs and Border patrol.... Pricing is pretty high compared to others Response time from customer service is absolutely terrible ... 7+ days for a response. Never get an email from same representative alay someone different unfamiliar with your order Getting a refund is non-existent... Shipping time is absolutely terrible 30+ days to receive products ordered....that is if you ever receive it
