My first order was for two items, they only shipped one item. For 3 months I’ve been getting the run around that everyone else is getting. We are waiting on shipping blah blah blah. I’m believing now from the reviews that they aren’t clueless but scam artists. Customer service always responds but never with a solution, just keep waiting until you give up sort of thing You NEVER get the brands you order so buy the cheapest stuff as that’s what they’ll end up shipping. No way to call or email any department other than general inquiries, if there’s a problem you’re screwed, only people that hide from their customers are shady people They’ve gone downhill in the last 6 months, I’ll look for another place Open a new credit card and use that one, so if you have to dispute a charge and your credit card isn’t happy about it being steroids then you can cancel after the dispute
