customer service seems lost as far as the process goes. First they were sending order to billing address vs shipping. They were going to charge me when i caught it to reroute. Then when return was on there floor for 2 weeks and they not even have in system for refund until i emailed. Would not purchase as there service is lacking on basic stuff.
