Loved the quality of the packing and the labels for the sets. I also enjoyed getting notifications about back- ordered items. But it is frustrating that it has been 2 months and I have yet to receive everything from my order. However, I do realize this is due to COVID. A couple of dishes were broken and the pencil sharpening kit is missing the extra replacement blades.
