“The maps are very sturdy and will hold up over time. I highly recommend. After my initial order, I sent a follow up email beacuse I hadn't heard anything. They responded right away and apologized. It was due to busy start of school. They sent my order directly and paid for the shipping. I thought that was above and beyond. With gratitude, Cathy H”

“It took more than 3 weeks to put two books in the mail to be delivered and I had to contact your company for it to happen. When I contacted your company, the rep said the 2 books would be sent that day and arrive in two days. The books were not sent for another 3 days and did not arrive for yet another week. The excuse was that it is a busy time of year for your company. I’m a teacher and it is our busy time of year as well but I can’t make excuses like that or fail to deliver multiple times. As a Montessori teacher, I needed the materials for the beginning of the year and you fell short. I wanted to support a company that specializes in Montessori but the terrible customer service may send me back to Amazon and big box companies. If you can’t back up your shipping dates listed on the website, then they should be changed and your customer service reps shouldn’t tell teachers they can’t make a timely fulfillment because they are busy because it is the beginning of the school year and if any one knows what busy is in August, it is teachers. Do better. The Montessori community in our district discuss best places to make purchases both on a teacher and district level.”
