“I placed an order for an item on November 7, 2024 (hoping to use as a Christmas gift). It took until January 31, 2025 for Montessori Services to inform me that they would be unable to fulfill the order. Yes, it was due to the supplier not having it, but I still feel that this could have been sorted out much sooner.”

Dear Anonymous, We sincerely apologize for not meeting your expectations. We do try very hard to give good information about when to expect a backorder, etc. In this case the expected date changed several times. After the manufacturer ran out parts, they simply stopped sending out orders. Now they have let us know that if they offer it again it will be at a much higher cost. Meanwhile, we still don't have stock and have decided to drop it from our line. We are very sorry for any inconvenience. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
