Despite everything taking longer to arrive with COVID, my shipments were sent as soon as they were received in the warehouse. The checklist accompanying each shipment was thorough with sent items and items still on back order and it made keeping track of all the items much easier. Customer Service was always extremely helpful when I had a question. I have always loved their products and the friendliness; I am a customer for life!
