The products are great. The only issue I had was customer service. I ordered 2 Junior Ramp Racers to give to my niece and son for the holidays. I only received one but was charged for 2. I reached out multiple times via email and never received a response. I wound up having to get a different gift for my niece and was never reimbursed.
