I did not receive the first rake I ordered- Fed EX said they delivered it, but no delivery was made.
I called MS and the gal said they would send another to me free of charge, which I TOTALLY appreciated. The rake was a birthday gift, it made it in time and was a big hit!
Thank you for your EXCELLENT customer service.
I talked to Fed EX about the delivery not being made and they said YOU had to file a "missing package" claim, I could not take care of this.
