'Customer service' has deteriorated to the point where it us useless. I DO NOT want a couple'a Freebies to shut me up and hope I go away. I wasted so much time with this company. They never address the poor customer service -- just offer Freebies and discount coeds to try and make the problems go away. GREAT example of a company trying to milk every last dime with minimum reinvestment for customer service.
