Avoid at all costs the products are fantastic but as soon as you get an issue you receive the most deplorable customer service ever. Makes you feel like you are a liar which I see another reviewer mentioned. Just started to get back into birds and was hoping I would be ordering most of my products from here but decided against it now due to the service aspect.
