Just found this page. A few years ago ordered a hamster cage from Moondown Farm, said you could send back if not right, well, it was way too small when it arrived and we sent it back straight away. Trying to order from them again in future, find they blocked us on Ebay, ok Moondown Farm, your loss. Do not shop with these people, totally unprofessional!.
