Very disappointing having used Moonpig many times. Wrong card received, my personalized card went elsewhere, they were very unconcerned about this in spite of being seemingly obsessed with data protection (?!?) Customer service rude and unapologetic. Second chat cut me off, asked to be contacted by a manager, refused. Very inflexible. Seems they've got too big to worry about their customers and pump more money into advertising now. Sad about that.
