Ordered a card for a special birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day. It never arrived and they are not at all contactable. Great concept, but not so great when it comes to customer service. It doesn’t seem they know what they are doing in that regard. Also I’ve since seen other people complain online about their ‘next day’ service. Honestly, don’t bother. Hopefully the card I ordered will show up at some point but such a real shame this little boy did not get it on his actual birthday :-(

Trying to buy from a card from Moonpig is really annoying. They are always trying to add things to your purchase and you don't know where you are. It used to be so easy now it's just annoying I will get it from another site.

I ordered a card for my friend for Christmas and not only did it not go to their house but it arrived today 30th December to my House . I mean what’s the point . I’m done with Moonpig

Seriously, the worst company for ordering gifts and cards. Ordered gifts on the 11th December. They Email me on Monday the 22nd to let me know they cant fulfil the order. Absolutely impossible to order a replacement in time for xmas. Use a different service, thank me later.

I had a dreadful experience with Moonpig. I selected my cards, personalised, chose to send straight to the recipients and added the addresses ( or so I thought ). I had nine cards so not cheap, I also added their annual fee of nine pound something, I had intended to use them again. No way will I be doing so. All my cards were sent to the same address, flat packed, without envelopes ! I was offered £2.50 compensation to fold then=m myself, provide the envelopes and post. They do not provide a customer service phone number, you have to use the long winded online chat box. They are quick to take your money but slow when it comes to resolving issues. I will not be using their service again.

I ordered two Greggs Christmas cards for my son's as a laugh. According to the product information I should have received an email with Greggs vouchers within 2 days of receipt. To date I have waited 6/7 days for the vouchers. I contacted customer services who were extremely unhelpful, I have been given no reason why I have not received the vouchers, and have been told to wait while they conduct an internal investigation! I have no idea how long they are expecting me to wait. I have requested a refund which was denied. In fact one customer service operator told me he couldn't help any further as he had to "get on with his work"! As a loyal Moonpig customer of over 15 years I will not be using them again. Their customer service used to be excellent....not now! I will have to order replacement cards now, but I certainly won't be ordering them from Moonpig.

Twice Moonpig have failed to send important cards despite informing me they would be sent on time. No-one to talk to. Poor customer service. Would not refund annual membership. Got refund on card by me finding out that they hadn't delivered, they never admitted it did not arrive. Suggest you use normal postage and save yourself the disappointment and hassle.

asked for order to be delivered on a specific date and they decided to send it a week early when the person was away on holiday and it was stolen off the doorstep complete waste of £30 absolute joke of a company i'll never use them again

I love the products, they’re silly, fun, and there’s a great selection. However, customers should be warned that if they purchase a big or giant card together with a smaller gift (e.g. chocolates), the card and the gift will be dispatched SEPARATELY! Imagine the recipient receiving a box of chocolates with no indication of who sent it, and only later the card: the little box of chocolates without a message completely loses its meaning. To add frustration, when I contacted the costumer service I was treated dismissively by the operator Alex, who did nothing but paste standard messages like “sorry to hear that” and “is there anything else I can do for you.” There was no apology or willingness to make up for the mess. For this reason as well, I will never use Moonpig.com again.

Flowers arrived for my birthday very dissapointed several stems with dead brown leaves and other flowers drooping.spent half hour complaining on line just kept asking same questions gave up in the end .won't be using them ever.

Unreliable service. Ordered on the 28/09, stipulated a date to deliver by of 01/10. Their website states the service they would use takes 1-2 working days, so ordered in plenty of time. However, Moonpig opted to wait until the 30th to send it, just 1 working day before it was scheduled to be there. Needless to say, it wasn’t delivered on time for their birthday! Customer services response, well it does state 1-2 days to deliver!! So why wait until the 30th to send it then?! Apparently that’s because it usually takes a day. My previous order was late too. Once I can forgive, put down to unexpected issues. But twice?!….. Never again, going to use someone like Thortful going forward.

I ordered a card in plenty of time and it did not arrive, I have contacted them 3 times since, they replied once but not since, I have not been able to contact them their system of reply does not work, DO NOT USE THEM....

Awful flowers recieved. They were a gift from my husband for our 20th wedding anniversary. The flowers were not in bud as expected and the settles were going brown. There was little water in the flowers. The card arrived in an envelope that was too big for the card. Moonpig would not refund the full amount even with photo evidence

I ordered my daughter’s 21st birthday card on 25th September. It was supposed to arrive on 27th September, in time for her birthday on 27th. But it didn’t arrive, and when I contacted the ‘bot’ I was told that it had been ‘lost’. There was no guarantee given thar it would be resent in time fir her birthday, and then the message announced they were closed, so I’d get an email! I’m still waiting. I will NEVER buy from Moonpig again. They are unreliable. AVOID.

Sent a card which did not arrive twice! Given a credit for card and postage due to failure which was then not applied to my account. When I raised this I was told it would have had. 6 month expiry date so they cant help. Really !!! Basically stealing with non delivery of cards t
