I ordered a gift for my sister from Moonpig for a special occasion, and unfortunately it did not arrive on the promised delivery date. In fact, it did not arrive at all, which was extremely disappointing given how important the timing was. I contacted customer services, and while they did arrange a replacement to be sent, I was disappointed that no compensation or refund of the delivery charge was offered, especially as the original occasion had already passed. I appreciate that the issue was eventually addressed, but the late resolution meant the surprise and significance of the gift was lost. Overall, I found the experience very disappointing and had expected better, particularly when a delivery date is specifically chosen for an important event.

I ordered an ecard on 14/3/26 for a 21st birthday. Previously had used Moonpig for standard cards in post. I never received notification it was sent and when recipient told me it never arrived I contacted customer services by email. No automated response on sending and never received a response to date.Very disappointed with such poor customer service. Will not be using again, shame used them since 2017.

Very disappointed with moonpig!!! I’ve ordered a card the quality of images are not up to standard- dark and have some blurs. they obviously choose to do low resolution when printing. There is a mark on the second page and crease already on the first page. Item was sent fast which was great but obviously not spending enough quality time on printing an item. (I’m in the process of speaking to someone but it is out of hour times)

First time user. looked to sign a card, sending to a friend, no option for that! Can’t edit now. Site trying to sell other expensive gifts etc and difficult to remove. I’ll never use again. It’s a rubbish site. Don’t use

Terrible service, ordered a 21sr birthday present , no items received, and all you get is a chat bot asking do you want a refund , will never be using them again , and thus I’ve been using the for years shame .

Flowers arrived over 24 hours after the agreed delivery time. Box was ripped open before delivery, card missing and flowers badly wilted. Frankly impossible to log a customer complaint, telephone number quoted has a recorded message from Moonpig saying that the telephone number is now out of commission, links not working on website and email unanswered. Very, very poor customer service.

My order arrived on time but was an embarrassment to give to anyone. Came in a box at least 4 times bigger than what was in it The card envelope was torn both sides and a burst pktt of snacks inside the dented metal bucket!! After 21 messages with customer services I can only get £4.99 refund despite the fact that I sent photos of proof. My first and last using them! Disgraceful

Ordered a card for my auntie’s birthday, it’s only just arrived almost 3 weeks later and totally missed her birthday. Customer service was rude and reluctantly resent the card - but wasn’t much point as it’d already missed her birthday. Unlikely to be ordering again from them

It seems that moonlight are not interested in having the older generation as a customer. I tried to use your services but could not unless I opened an account. Why do you have to memorise an account to sent a card? Then if you want to use your services again you would have to remember lig in details. I would not recoment your services to anybody. Bur then again I am only one customer no loss to your company..

I personalised, and previewed a birthday card for my daughter. Selected ‘done’, paid for it and it arrived completely blank inside. I got nowhere after a lengthy chat online. I don’t believe it was my fault but Moonpig would not give me a refund.

Card delivered three days late, three different people from Moonpig have asked for and been given full details and nothing done. I won’t use them again, plenty of other options. Can’t even get my name right on their replies to emails. Would give no stars if that were possible.

Ordered a card for a special birthday and paid extra for it to be delivered the next day. It never arrived and they are not at all contactable. Great concept, but not so great when it comes to customer service. It doesn’t seem they know what they are doing in that regard. Also I’ve since seen other people complain online about their ‘next day’ service. Honestly, don’t bother. Hopefully the card I ordered will show up at some point but such a real shame this little boy did not get it on his actual birthday :-(

Trying to buy from a card from Moonpig is really annoying. They are always trying to add things to your purchase and you don't know where you are. It used to be so easy now it's just annoying I will get it from another site.

Seriously, the worst company for ordering gifts and cards. Ordered gifts on the 11th December. They Email me on Monday the 22nd to let me know they cant fulfil the order. Absolutely impossible to order a replacement in time for xmas. Use a different service, thank me later.

I had a dreadful experience with Moonpig. I selected my cards, personalised, chose to send straight to the recipients and added the addresses ( or so I thought ). I had nine cards so not cheap, I also added their annual fee of nine pound something, I had intended to use them again. No way will I be doing so. All my cards were sent to the same address, flat packed, without envelopes ! I was offered £2.50 compensation to fold then=m myself, provide the envelopes and post. They do not provide a customer service phone number, you have to use the long winded online chat box. They are quick to take your money but slow when it comes to resolving issues. I will not be using their service again.

I ordered two Greggs Christmas cards for my son's as a laugh. According to the product information I should have received an email with Greggs vouchers within 2 days of receipt. To date I have waited 6/7 days for the vouchers. I contacted customer services who were extremely unhelpful, I have been given no reason why I have not received the vouchers, and have been told to wait while they conduct an internal investigation! I have no idea how long they are expecting me to wait. I have requested a refund which was denied. In fact one customer service operator told me he couldn't help any further as he had to "get on with his work"! As a loyal Moonpig customer of over 15 years I will not be using them again. Their customer service used to be excellent....not now! I will have to order replacement cards now, but I certainly won't be ordering them from Moonpig.
